This file contains survey data on consumer preferences for sustainable last-mile delivery methods. The survey collected responses on demographics (age, education), the influence of sustainable delivery options on purchase decisions, delivery speed preferences, willingness to pay extra for eco-friendly delivery, perceptions of Amazon’s sustainability efforts, attitudes toward drone delivery safety in urban areas, and preferred delivery methods (drone, electric bike, electric van).

Electric bike delivery is the most favored method, while drone delivery is viewed with mixed feelings largely due to safety concerns. Younger and more educated respondents tend to be more open to innovative and sustainable delivery options. Overall, the data highlights strong consumer support for sustainable last-mile logistics, offering valuable insights for companies and policymakers aiming to promote eco-friendly delivery solutions.
