Whole genome sequencing and transcriptome analyses of Nepenthes gracilis

The Asian pitcher plant Nepenthes offers a unique opportunity to study the relationship between polyploidization-related genomic features and the evolution of novel genes. In this study, we generated and analyzed a chromosome-scale genome assembly of Nepenthes gracilis and its tissue-specific transcriptomes.
