The following information is provided: retention time (RT), the measured m/z value (m/z meas.), the measured neutral mass (M meas.), ions, name, molecular formula, annotation quality (AQ) defined by MetaboScape version 5.0 (Bruker Daltonics), annotation source, the relative mass deviation of the theoretical mass of the ion formula and the measured m/z value (Δm/z), collision cross section value (CCS) and the signal intensity detected in each replicate.
