The 2015 follow-up survey was conducted by Oxford Research on behalf of Innovation Norway as part of their customer impact surveys. The pre-survey examines the recipient companies' expectations in the year they received support, while the follow-up survey collects responses from companies approximately four years after receiving support from Innovation Norway. Innovation Norway manages and offers various forms of support to companies and entrepreneurs, collectively referred to as services. In 2015, the follow-up survey covered 19 different services, accounting for 90 percent of Innovation Norway's total grants that year.
The Customer Impact Survey from Innovation Norway's engagements has two main purposes:
An internal purpose focused on improving and further developing Innovation Norway's operations for their customers.
An external purpose aimed at demonstrating to the public that the investments in Innovation Norway's activities have yielded tangible results.
