Pluripotent stem cells (PSCs), known for their unlimited ability to self-renew and differentiate into all three germ layers, have emerged as a promising cell source for regenerative therapies aimed at treating various diseases and injuries. In this study, several pluripotent stem cells were analyzed using RNA-seq. These five sequencing files represent results from three cell types across five sequencing runs: one for EPSC-001-5, two for iPSC-001-5, and two for iPSC-006-1. EPSCs are a new type of pluripotent stem cell, known as Extended Pluripotent Stem Cells. Compared to iPSCs, EPSCs exhibit greater stemness and lower epigenetic memory.
