In this study, we isolated pollen loads from 406 native bees in eastern Oregon during June, July, and August of 2018. The bees were collected from three different habitat types: agricultural, forested riparian, and grassland. We used DNA metabarcoding of the ITS2 and rbcL barcode markers to identify the plant species present in the pollen loads.
