This is an Arizona Site Steward file for the Garden Valley Ruin, located on Tonto National Forest land. The site consists of a Hohokam farming village with masonry room blocks, terraces, field houses, a pit house village, trash middens, artifact scatter, and isolated rooms.
The file consists of a heritage inventory form, two maps of the site location, six cultural resource preliminary inventory forms, and six forms entitled Proposed Variables for Site Recording on Tonto and Prescott Overviews. The earliest dated form is from 1987.
