Characterisation of leek (Allium porrum) landrace under organic management in Geneva, Switzerland (2024–2025)

This dataset contains field characterisation data for leek (Allium porrum) landrace from Geneva, Switzerland, evaluated under organic management during the 2024–2025 growing season. The trial was led by ProSpecieRara as part of the Horizon Europe LiveSeeding project (T1.1 Dynamic Management of Plant Genetic Resources). The dataset includes phenological, agronomic, morphological, yield, and quality data, including germination, plant and shaft morphology, pest and disease incidence, harvest maturity, total harvest, shelf life, and organoleptic properties.
