资源简介:
This study used a visual search paradigm combined with ERP measurements to investigate the neural mechanisms involved in the processing of holistic and featural information of self, familiar, and unfamiliar faces under moving and static conditions during the attentional capture (N2pc) and working memory (SPCN) stages. 21 students (12 female; Mage = 20.48 years, SD = 2.11) participated in the experiment. This dataset contains behavioral and electrophysiological data, organized into two files: (1) behavioral results and (2) EEG data.EEG signals were recorded using 64 Ag-AgCl electrodes (NeuroScan, Charlotte, NC, United States). Two electrodes were placed in the upper and lower parts of the left orbital frontal region for vertical electrooculography (VEOG), and two electrodes were located 1.5 cm laterally in both eyes for horizontal electrooculography (HEOG). The inter-electrode impedance was kept below 5 kΩ, the sampling rate was 500 Hz, and the band-pass filter range was 0.05-100 Hz. The physical reference electrode was situated between CZ and CPZ. The EEG data were analyzed using EEGLAB (Delorme & Makeig, 2004) in the Matlab environment. The data were filtered with a band-pass of 0.1-30 Hz, and the re-reference was reset by averaging all electrodes .Ocular artifacts were removed through independent component analysis (ICA), with components exceeding ±75 μV amplitude rejected. Forty ICA components were evaluated per participant, with a mean of two components removed per subject. No trials were excluded based on behavioral performance due to high response accuracy.
