This dataset mainly contains simulation data for numerical simulation of seepage processes in porous media using the multi-relaxation lattice Boltzmann method, as well as three-dimensional microstructure data of porous media. In the research, a four-parameter random growth algorithm was adopted to generate the three-dimensional microstructure of porous media. The correlation among five structural characteristic parameters, including anisotropy, was extracted and analyzed in detail, and the influence laws of different pore structure parameters on the permeability of porous media were comprehensively analyzed. Research shows that in the microstructure characteristics of porous media, the anisotropy factor is independent of porosity, shape factor, specific surface area and tortuosity, and affects the seepage behavior in the medium. The significance of the influence of the five structural characteristic parameters on permeability from high to low is as follows: porosity, shape factor, tortuosity, anisotropy factor and specific surface area. This dataset is divided into the following two files. File 1 contains the experimental data and model calculation data from the literature (experimental data vs. model comparison.csv), which is the data used in Figure 1. File 2 mainly contains microstructure parameter data of porous media, simulated permeability data, and permeability data calculated by different models (pore structure and permeability.CSV), which are the data used in Figures 5, 6, 11, 12, and 14 in the text.
