In this paper, the skin phantom is prepared across 500 MHz to 3 GHz. In biomedical applications, the prime component of implantable medical devices (IMDs) is the implantable antenna, which faces challenges in its design. Thus, the implantable antenna must be simulated and verified in a skin phantom emulating the dielectric properties of the patient's tissue for the antenna’s performance achievements. For this case, the liquid phantom is preferred, where the antenna is immersed inside it to measure its performance. Finally, the dielectric properties of the liquid phantom are measured using the dielectric assessment kit (DAK)
