Raw Raman spectroscopy data for “Substantial near-field radiative transport in dense oxidized Si nanopowders”

This dataset contains the raw Raman spectroscopy measurements used in the study “Substantial near-field radiative transport in dense oxidized Si nanopowders.” The data include Raman spectra recorded under varying laser powers, sample densities, and thermal annealing conditions, covering both native and thermally grown oxide shells on Si nanopowders. These measurements form the basis for the thermal conductivity analysis and near-field radiative transport interpretation presented in the manuscript.
