Defining B cell states in human tonsillar tissue using single cell transcriptomics. Overall design: Methods: 10X Genomics 3' scRNA-seq of human tonsillar B cells from 3 donors. One donor was run across three wells of the 10X reaction. Cells were FACS-sorted (CD3-/CD14-/CD19+) and rested overnight prior to scRNA-seq. We used CellRanger v 3.0.1 to quantify our single cell transcriptomes.
