Dataset for the article "Corporate Social Responsibility of Universities in Addressing War-Induced Educational Losses: Evidence, Metrics and Cluster Analysis"

This dataset accompanies the article "Corporate Social Responsibility of Universities in Addressing War-Induced Educational Losses: Evidence, Metrics and Cluster Analysis". The dataset contains 384 survey responses from academic staff members of Ukrainian higher education institutions. The survey evaluates perceptions of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of universities and their involvement in socially significant initiatives during wartime conditions. The dataset includes: • demographic characteristics of respondents • assessment of CSR level using a 5-point Likert scale • involvement in international and national projects • participation in volunteer and humanitarian initiatives • support for internally displaced persons • environmental activities and eco-practices • perceived impact of the war on CSR development The dataset also includes variables representing the main CSR dimensions identified in the study: educational, research, project-based, and civic activities.
