资源简介:
This study was designed to establish a mouse model of acute hepatotoxicity induced by aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) and systematically investigate the protective mechanism of vitamin U (Vit U) against AFB1-elicited acute liver injury via approaches including serum biochemical assays, hepatic histopathological analysis, determination of oxidative stress indices, and transcriptome sequencing. The significance of this research is that it reveals that Vit U can mitigate AFB1-induced liver damage by activating the Nrf2/Hmox1 signaling pathway and regulating inflammatory factors (downregulating IL-6 and upregulating IL-10), thereby providing a novel perspective and scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of diseases associated with aflatoxin contamination, as well as data support for studies in relevant fields.
