Ageing restructures the basal transcriptome of the core hypothalamic osmoregulatory control centre and alters the response to dehydration

To investigate the polyadenylated transcriptomes of the Wistar Han rat SON in EH from 3-month old euhydrated and dehydrated rats and from 18-month old euhydrated and dehydrated rats. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from adult and aged rat in EH and Dh conditions Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for the Control and stimulated SON in adult and aged rats.
