This dataset can be used for livestock milk yield prediction. Its input features include the birth rate of livestock, meat yield, pasture size, number of livestock, mortality rate of livestock, other expenses, labor cost, equipment maintenance cost, market price, water consumption, feed consumption, medication cost, and total cost, with the output being livestock milk yield. This model addresses the challenge of modeling the relationship between livestock milk yield and pasture conditions. Data on pasture revenue, expenditure costs and livestock farming data were collected through surveys, and traditional algorithms and multiple linear regression were used to predict livestock milk yield in pastures. The input variables of this model are the aforementioned features: birth rate of livestock, meat yield, pasture size, number of livestock, mortality rate of livestock, other expenses, labor cost, equipment maintenance cost, market price, water consumption, feed consumption, medication cost, and total cost. The multiple linear regression algorithm analyzes the linear relationship between these input variables and livestock milk yield to determine the weight coefficient of each variable. During model training, the algorithm optimizes by utilizing historical data, adjusting the weight coefficients to minimize prediction error. The model calculates the predicted livestock milk yield based on the input data using techniques such as the least squares method to obtain the final prediction result. Through this process, the model comprehensively considers multiple input variables to accurately predict livestock milk yield.
