The goal of this study was to determine gene expression changes in thymic lymphomas with overexpression of mutant MYC Overall design: 12 samples were analyzed. Three reps were from control tissue. Three reps each for thymic lymphoma from MYCT58A and MYCS62A, and three reps for thymic mass from MYCS62A splenomegaly.
