Basal-like cell-conditioned medium exerts anti-fibrotic effects in vitro and in vivo

We performed a single-cell transcriptome analysis of basal-like cells cultured from peripheral lung tissue of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Single-cell suspensions were generated from basal-like cells grown from cultured peripheral lung tissue biopsies from 3 IPF patients and were loaded on separate wells of a 10X Genomics Chromium Single Cell Controller. ***Please note that raw data are not available due to patient privacy concerns.
