Analysis of Phytoplankton Diversity in Hangzhou Bay

In this study, we analyzed phytoplankton composition and their spatial-temporal dynamics in Hangzhou Bay by metabarcoding analyses of samples collected in three seasons from 2016 to 2017, and evaluated the importance of stochastic processes, environmental selection and species interaction in shaping phytoplankton community.
