Two week old soil grown seedlings from wild-type Zea mays (B73), Sorghum bicolor (BTx642), and Setaria italica (Yugu1) were harvested for poly-A paired-end RNA sequencing. These data were used to identify RNA modifications that induce cDNA errors relative to the reference genome (see HAMR and ModTect). Comparative analyses of RNA modifications and RNA abundance were then performed.
