DNA-based Microbiome Profiling of Gamma-Irradiated <i>Phytoseiulus persimilis</i> under Heat Stress

This dataset comprises the raw 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing data (DNA level) generated from the microbiome of the predatory mite Phytoseiulus persimilis. The study investigated the effects of Cobalt-60 gamma irradiation-induced mutagenesis and subsequent heat stress on the gut and/or whole-body microbial community structure of the mites.
