KAP1 regulates Treg function and proliferation.

KAP1 is a partner of Foxp3 in Tregs. Since Treg specific KAP1 deficient mice develop autoimmune disease, KAP1 is an important factor. To address the mechanisms of KAP1 regulation in Treg function, we performed RNA-seq analysis. mRNA of KAP1 sufficient and deficient Tregs were sequenced using Hiseq2500.KAP1是调节性T细胞（Tregs）中叉头框蛋白P3（Foxp3）的结合伴侣蛋白。鉴于Treg特异性敲除KAP1的小鼠会出现自身免疫性疾病，可见KAP1是调控调节性T细胞功能的关键因子。为解析KAP1在调节性T细胞功能中的调控机制，我们开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。采用HiSeq2500测序平台，对KAP1表达充足与缺失的调节性T细胞的mRNA进行了测序。
