Dataset related to a preference experiment to investigate niche partitioning among species of desert plants.Columns of the dataset are related to the ant species: POBI (Pohgonomyrmex bicolor), POMA (Pogonomyrmex maricopa), and VEPE (Veromessor pergandei); the plant species: PECI (Pennisetum ciliare), ENFA (Encelia farinosa), and ARPU (Aristida adscencionis).n_ refers to initial number of seeds in the expriment, remaining_ is the number of seeds left after predation event.
