Cliona orientalis and Gerakladium endoclionum (algal symbiont) transcriptomes

Reference transcriptomes were sequenced to facilitate sponge holobiont research aimed at exploring how both host and symbiont respond to changing environmental conditions. These files contain 418 million raw reads from two lanes of Illumina HiSeq2500 sequencing (2 x 100 base pair paired-end rapid runs).
