Chloroplast genomes of Eutrema species

Here we provide the unaligned chloroplast genome sequences used to generate the maternal phylogeny of Eutrema genus (Brassicaceae) in out paper. The newly generated sequences were assembled with Novoplasty software and was ordered according to the plastome sequence of Eutrema salsugineum (NC_028170.1), which was also included in the file. Note that we have removed the second inverted repeat region from the sequences.
