Single-Cell Transcriptomic Analysis of Acute Encephalopathy/Encephalitis Associated with SARS-CoV-2 and other viruses

We conducted single-cell RNA sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with different subtypes of acute encephalopathy/encephalitis associated with viral infections, including SARS-CoV-2, to analyze the underlying pathogenesis of severe types of acute encephalopathy/encephalitis associated with SARS-CoV-2.
