The ATAC-Seq experiment was designed to map chromatin accessibility at different stages of regeneration in 70% partial hepatectomy and at different periodss of liver organoid formation. Overall design: We collected tissues from the undamaged and the initiation phase (6, 12 h), the maintenance phase (24, 48 h) after PHx, and the Hep-Orgs culture for 4 days (T1, initiation phase) and 13 days (T2, maintenance phase) for ATAC-seq analysis to study the chromatin characteristics at different stages.
