EXXON Valdez Oil Spill (EVOS) data were generated by the Nation Marine Fishery Service (NMFS). The EVOS area include Prince William Sound and adjacent coastal areas. The data were put on a cd with EVOS Geographic Information Systems (GIS) database, data dictionary, and bibliography. Data are related to oil spill clean up, damage assessments, and restoration efforts. Data sets include physical features, biological features, cultural features, land status, boundaries, place names, human use, shoreline oiling, surface oiling, hydrocarbon analysis, EVOS research areas, and miscellaneous. Location of cd is not currently known.
