RNAseq of MTCL1 mutant and control animals in cattle and mouse. RNA sequencing of brain and cerebellum samples from MTCL1 mutant and control animals in cattle and mouse

We performed RNA sequencing on brain and cerebellum samples from 15 animals consisting of: 3 cows homozygous for a splice site mutation of the MTCL1 gene and 3 matched controls, 3 mice homozygous for a one-base-pair insertion and 3 mice homozygous for a four-base-pair deletion both causing a frameshift of the same gene, as well as 3 matched murine controls.
