The article uses an increment of the Arima method called Sarimax, which was used in recent articles. Sarimax allows the use of explanatory variables in the model, in the work were used climatic indexes provided by NOAA, NASA and other institutes that work with meteorology and climatology studies. We hope to convince the Brazilian authorities that, considering the climatic phenomena in the models, explicitly, they can add better results in the models.
