The engineered yeast that produces butyric acid ameliorates the gut microbial diversity of mice with Alzheimer's disease

Using the engineered yeast (AD+J17) that produces butyric acid and the substrate strain (AD+BY4741) to feed AD mice and setting the untreated group (AD) as a control, we investigate the improvement of the gut microbiome in AD mice by the engineered yeast and its substrate strain.
