Accurate atomic mass data has important application value in various research fields, among which the Penning trap mass spectrometry is widely recognized as the most accurate experimental method. The low-temperature detection system is a key component that uses Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance technology to read the mirror charges of charged particles in the Penning trap. This dataset contains detailed development and performance testing data for a detection system consisting of a superconducting resonator and a low-temperature low-noise amplifier.
