Small RNAs from corn root worm fed on corn root. The small RNA sequences are consisted of corn rootworm endogenous small RNA population and corn small RNAs processed from corn endogenous dsRNAs uptaken by the insect during feeding.

In this study, we want to characterize small RNAs processed by corn rootworm from long dsRNAs in the food, and evaluate observable consequences of the foreign small RNAs on insect.
