This dataset contains figure-specific source data and supporting materials for Figures 1–5 of the manuscript “OTULIN maintains PPP1CB protein stability and regulates gemcitabine response in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.” The deposit includes the numerical values used to generate the quantitative plots and statistical summaries, uncropped Western blot source images, full-resolution cell and tissue images, flow-cytometry FCS files, IP-MS source tables, and xenograft and Ki-67 materials. Files are organized according to the corresponding main figure. Institutional clinical data are provided as a minimal de-identified dataset containing only tumor staining score, adjacent-tissue staining score, overall-survival status, and overall-survival time. Derived public-cohort tables retain their dataset identifiers and source information.
