Dataset of Detection Measurements for Ultraminiature Chipless RFID Tags

This dataset contains the experimental detection measurements of ultraminiature chipless RFID tags. It includes: A PDF documentation file describing the experimental setup, measurement procedures, RFID systems, and the detailed organization of the dataset folders and files. A compressed (ZIP) folder containing all measured S-parameter data files (.s1p format). These files correspond to reflection coefficient (S11) measurements performed for different combinations of: Reader antennas (Reader #1, Reader #2, and Reader #3) Chipless RFID tags (LC-based and NEMS-loaded tags) Reader tuning frequencies Reader–tag separation distances Single-tag and multi-tag configurations The measurements were conducted using a vector network analyzer (VNA) in a one-port configuration. For each configuration, reference measurements (without tag) and tag-present measurements are provided to enable detection analysis. The dataset is organized in a hierarchical folder structure according to: RFID system (reader–tag combination), Reader tuning frequency, Tag type (including reference silicon case), Reader–tag separation distance. Additionally, the repository includes a “Tag characterization” folder containing independent S-parameter measurements of the LC-based and NEMS-loaded tags obtained prior to detection experiments. All measurement files are provided in standard Touchstone (.s1p) format to ensure compatibility with common RF and microwave simulation and post-processing tools.
