Replication Data for: Estimating Treatment Effects on Proportions with Synthetic Controls

This replication package contains all code and data required to reproduce the results presented in the accompanying article. The R code constructs the theoretical illustration (figure 1) and follows the approach described in the paper in a simulation study as well as two empirical examples (Spain and Poland), producing the remaining figures and tables using the `propsdid` R package. A single master run file (`00_Run.R`) executes all scripts in sequence and produces a log file. The simulation script is highly computationally intensive; all other scripts complete within minutes on an average computer. Users of this archive are expected to cite the accompanying article.
