The resequencing data of DH population in Brassica napus. Brassica napus

In this work, the extremely high harvest index (HI) and extremely low HI materials collected from our previous studies were used as parents to create F1 generation. The buds of F1 were cultured with microspores and treated with colchicine to obtain double haploid (DH) population. The study is aimed at mapping the yield-related quantitative trait loci (QTL) and screen its candidate genes through a high-density genetic map constructing with the DH population.
