The Janus liposozyme robustly eradicates infections and rapidly promotes wound closure and re-epithelialization on diabetic skin wound infected with methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA). We used single cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) to deep analyse local immune homeostasis manipulated by Janus on skin cells obtained from db/db mice . db/db mice were infected with methicillin-resistant S. aureus (MRSA) and then were randomly divided into two groups: (i) PBS as control; (ii) TSeL with light irradiation (TSeL+L). Subsequently, skin tissues were harvested on day15 and further dissociated into single cells without separating dermis and epidermis. And skin cells were analyzed using scRNA-seq.
