Data sources: 1. United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Population Division. World Population Prospects: 2017 and 2018 Revision. 2. Population census reports and other statistical publications issued by national statistical offices of the relevant countries. 3. Eurostat: Population Statistics. 4. Secretariat of the Pacific Community: Statistics and Demographic Program.
