Effect of intrapartum azithromycin on early childhood gut mycobiota development: post hoc analysis of a double-blind randomized trial

This dataset contains information on bacterial clusters (community types) assigned to samples from the PregnAnZI-2 trial that were used for gut microbiota and mycobiota analyses. At each time point, samples were assigned to one of three different community types (variable "partition") by unsupervised clustering based on community similarity using Dirichlet's Multinomial Mixtures model implemented in mothur. Each individual (variable "Rand_No") had up to four different samples collected at four different time points (variable "Time_point").
