Transcriptome sequencing of H1N1 influenza virus and MDCK cell line. Sequencing of the transcriptome of H1N1 influenza virus

Madin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) cell line was infected by influenza type A virus of subtype H1N1 (A/Puerto Rico/8/1934). The infection was arrested 1h, 4h and 7h p.i. thereafter polyA-selected RNA was isolated. RNA was reverse transcribed by oligodT primers and cap-selection was also performed. Libraries were prepared according to the SQK-LSK-108 kit and cDNAs were sequenced on ONT MinION flow cell.
