Temporal dissociation of impaired glucose tolerance, adipose lipid remodeling and endothelial dysfunction in aorta after HFD withdrawal - raw data

Raw data of weight monitoring, glucose tolerance test (GTT), MRI, blood lipid profile, Raman spectroscopy and RT-qPCR measurements of 12-week-old C57BL/6 male mice fed a high fat diet (HFD, 60 kcal% of fat +1% of cholesterol) for 8 weeks and an AIN-93G diet (normal diet) as a control with subsequent HFD changed to an AIN-93G diet for 1, 2, 4, and 6 weeks. The data were collected as part of a research project funded by the National Science Centre (OPUS27, no. DEC-2024/53/B/NZ5/03843) and Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad (PID2022-137116OB-I00).
