SITOMEGALOVIRUS INFEKSIYASI VA GERPES SIMPLEX INFEKSIYASIDA JIGAR ZARARLANISHINING KLINIK XUSUSIYATLARI VA TASHXIS MEZONLARI

Infections caused by Sitomegalovirus infeksiyasi and Gerpes simplex infeksiyasi may involve liver damage with diverse clinical manifestations, requiring accurate differential diagnosis. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the pathogenesis, clinical features, and laboratory and instrumental characteristics of liver involvement in CMV and HSV infections. The findings indicate that CMV-associated liver damage is usually mild or subclinical with moderate cytolytic syndrome, whereas HSV infection is often associated with severe, fulminant hepatitis and a high risk of liver failure. Molecular diagnostic methods, particularly PCR, demonstrate high sensitivity and play a key role in early etiological verification. Timely diagnosis contributes to reducing complications and improving clinical outcomes.
