Colonic organoids generated from one healthy individual were treated with 1,25(OH)2D3 or vehicle for 6 and 24h. Differential expressed genes are compared across treatments. Overall design: Colonic organoids were generated from one healthy individual and treated with 1µM 1,25(OH)2D3 or vehicle (ethanol) for 6h and 24h in triplicates for all treatments and time points.
