收藏资源简介:
An LC/MS-MS and LFQ approach for identification of protein biomarkers in peripheral blood from rheumatoid arthritis: A Brief Report Project Description This repository contains the clinical data and raw/normalized proteomic profiles associated with the research on novel biomarkers in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). The study analyzes the serum of 25 RA patients and 25 healthy controls (HC) using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS-MS) and Label-Free Quantification (LFQ). The primary objective is to provide transparency and reproducibility to the findings reported in the eponymous article, where significantly differentially expressed proteins were identified (TEX13B, SUN3, KRT79, HSP60, and PUS7). Files in this Repository base_clinica_AR_HC_limpia.csv: Main database cross-referencing demographic, clinical (disease activity indices), and paraclinical variables with the abundance of the 5 most significant proteins. (Note: Column headers are in Spanish). resultados_proteomica_LFQ_limpia.csv: Complete proteomic profile matrix for the 50 samples, including UniProt accessions, protein descriptions, and their normalized abundance. diccionario_datos.md: Codebook (in Spanish) explaining the variable coding, units of measurement, and treatment of null values.
