Pseudomonas syringae RAYR-BL genome sequencing and draft genome assembly. Pseudomonas syringae strain:RAYR-BL

Here we report the genome sequencing and draft genome assembly of Pseudomonas syringae (Psy) RAYR-BL isolated from natural Arabidopsis accessions. This newly identified strain is able to produce disease symptoms on different natural Arabidopsis accessions and the widely studied Arabidopsis ecotype Columbia-0, serving as a tool to study the molecular features of plant-pathogen interaction in environmental conditions.
