We performed CyTOF to compare immunophenotypes of healthy subjects and patients with various inborn errors of immunity underlying susceptibility to mycobacterial diseases. We also invented a novel computational framework (iMUBAC) for the integrative analysis of multi-batch CyTOF and spectral flow cytometry datasets.
