Effect of polyIC administration on gene expression in decidual NK cells of E13.5 mice

Previous research indicate that maternal immune activation (MIA) correlated with increased frequency of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in offspring. Our data sugests that maternal NK cells facilitate MIA-induced neurodevelopment and behavioral disorders. To determine how aberrant maternal NK cells instruct the developmental trajectory of the fetal brain environment, we evaluated the DEGs of decidua NK cells from dams triggered with polyIC or saline control. Decidual NK cells were isolated from saline- or polyIC-treated dams at E13.5 for whole-genome transcriptome analyses by RNA-seq.
