Metabarcoding(16S rDNA and ITS) Sequencing results of 18 soil samples processed by three methods.

In this study, we focus on whether sequencing result of soil biodiversity be influenced by different preservation methods. Three methods include In situ cryopreservation(liquid nitrogen)(include 16S/ITS_LN-1~6), store at room temperature for 4 hours after sampling then transfer to cryopreservation by dry ice(include 16S/ITS_DI-1~6) and store at room temperature for 4 hours after sampling then flash drying for 12 hours in 60 degree centigrade. (include 16S/ITS_DRY-1~6)
